The Apple Store in Orland Park, IL replaced the screen on my iPhone 3GS on Saturday, January 9. I looked at the bottom of my phone today. THE SCREWS ARE NOT THERE. The service person FORGOT to put them back in. What an idiot. Needless to say, I’m pissed. But now I have an appointment (again…) this Saturday to get it looked at.
